عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، وَابْنِ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ، قَالَا:
إِنْ قَتَلَ رَجُلٌ رَجُلًا، وَجَرَحَ الْمَقْتُولُ بِالْقَاتِلِ جُرْحًا، قُتِلَ الْقَاتِلُ، وَوَدَى أَهْلُ الْمَقْتُولِ مَا جَرَحَ بِالْقَاتِلِ
