✧ The one who orders his slave and he kills a man

قَالَ عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ: قَالَ سُفْيَانُ
فِي الَّذِي يَقُولُ لِعَبْدِ الرَّجُلِ: اقْتُلْ مَوْلَاكَ، فَقَتَلَ، قَالَ: " لَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ غُرْمٌ، وَلَمْ يُخْرِجْهُ مِنْ شَيْءٍ، وَلَكِنَّهُ يُعَزَّرُ الْآمِرُ، فَإِذَا قَالَ لِعَبْدِ غَيْرِهِ: اقْتُلْ فُلَانًا فَقَتَلَهُ، قُتِلَ الْعَبْدُ، وَيُغَرَّمُ الْآمِرُ لِسَيِّدِ الْعَبْدِ ثَمَنَهُ "
