عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ
فِي قَائِدٍ وَرَاكِبٍ أَوْطَآ إِنْسَانًا قَالَ: " يَغْرَمُ الْقَائِدُ وَالرَّاكِبُ، فَإِنْ كَانَ الرَّاكِبُ أَعْمَى لَا يُبْصِرُ، أَوْ مَرِيضًا لَا يَسْتَطِيعُ أَنْ يَصْرِفَ دَابَّتَهُ عَنِ الرَّجُلِ الَّذِي أَرْهَقَهُ بِهِ الْقَائِدُ، فَنَرَى أَنَّ الْغُرْمَ عَلَى الْقَائِدِ
