عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ قَالَ:
يَغْرَمُ الْقَائِدُ مَا أَوْطَأَ بِيَدٍ أَوْ رِجْلٍ، فَإِذَا نَفَحَتْ لَمْ يُغْرَمْ " قَالَ: " وَالرَّاكِبُ كَذَلِكَ إِلَّا أَنْ يَكْفَحَ بِالْعِنَانِ فَتَنْفَحَ فَيُغَرَمَ
