كَتَبَ عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ أَنَّ الْمَوَالِيَ لَا تَحْمِلُ أَنْسَابُهَا مَعَاقِلَهَا، وَلَكِنَّهُ عَلَى مَوَالِيهِمْ وَعَاقِلَتِهِمْ
