عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي هِشَامُ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ الرَّجُلِ، إِذَا قَتَلَ أَحَدًا أَمِنْ مَالِهِ يَعْقِلُ عَنْهُ، أَوْ تَعْقِلُ عَنْهُ الْعَشِيرَةُ قَالَ: " مَا كَانَ مِنْ عَمْدٍ فَلَا تَعْقِلُهُ الْعَشِيرَةُ، إِلَّا أَنْ يَشَاءُوا
