عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ قَالَ:
إِذَا بَلَغَ الثُّلُثَ فَهُوَ عَلَى الْعَاقِلَةِ قَالَ: وَقَالَ لِي ذَلِكَ ابْنُ أَيْمَنَ، وَلَا أَشُكُّ أَنَّهُ قَالَ: " وَمَا لَمْ يَبْلُغِ الثُّلُثَ، فَعَلَى قَوْمِ الرَّجُلِ خَاصَّةً
