لَا تَعْقِلُ الْعَاقِلَةُ مَا دُونَ الْمُوضِحَةِ، وَلَا تَعْقِلُ الْعَمْدَ، وَلَا الصُّلْحَ، وَلَا الِاعْتِرَافَ
