عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ قَالَ:
لَا قَوَدَ بَيْنَ الْحُرِّ وَالْمَمْلُوكِ، وَلَكِنِ الْعُقُوبَةُ، وَالنَّكَالُ، وَغُرْمُ مَا أَصَابَ، وَيُعْتِقُ رَقَبَةً " وَقَضَى بِذَلِكَ عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ
