عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: قَالَ لِي عَطَاءٌ:
فِي الرَّجُلِ يَقْتُلُ ابْنَهُ عَمْدًا: لَا يَرِثُ مِنْ دِيَتِهِ، وَلَا مِنْ مَالِهِ شَيْئًا، وَإِنْ قَتَلَهُ خَطَأً فَإِنَّهُ يَرِثُ مِنَ الْمَالِ، وَلَا يَرِثُ مِنَ الدِّيَةِ
