عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ شُعْبَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:
الْمَرْأَةُ يَعْقِلُهَا عَصَبَتُهَا، وَيَرِثُهَا بَنُوهَا
