عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ قَالَ:
دِيَةُ الرَّجُلِ وَالْمَرْأَةِ سَوَاءٌ حَتَّى يَبْلُغَ ثُلُثَ الدِّيَةِ، وَذَلِكَ فِي الْجَائِفَةِ، فَإِذَا بَلَغَ ذَلِكَ فَدِيَةُ الْمَرْأَةِ عَلَى النِّصْفِ مِنْ دِيَةِ الرَّجُلِ
