عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ قَالَ:
مَنْ قُطِعَتْ يَدُهُ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ، ثُمَّ قَطَعَ إِنْسَانٌ يَدَهُ الْأُخْرَى، غُرِمَ لَهُ دِيَتَيْنِ، فَإِنْ قُطِعَتْ يَدُهُ فِي حَدٍّ فَقَطَعَ إِنْسَانٌ يَدَهُ الْأُخْرَى، غُرِمَ لَهُ دِيَةَ الَّتِي قَطَعَ
