عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ قَالَ:
إِذَا لَمْ يُمْسِكِ الرَّجُلُ الْبَوْلَ فَالدِّيَةُ، وَالْمَرْأَةُ وَالرَّجُلُ فِي ذَلِكَ سَوَاءٌ " وَقَالَ: " فِي الَّذِي لَا يَسْتَطِيعُ أَنْ يُمْسِكَ خَلَاءَهُ الدِّيَةُ
