عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: اللِّسَانُ يُقْطَعُ كُلُّهُ ؟ قَالَ: " الدِّيَةُ قُلْتُ: يُقْطَعُ مِنْهُ مَا يُذْهِبُ الْكَلَامَ، وَبَقِيَ مِنَ اللِّسَانِ ؟ قَالَ: " مَا أَرَى إِلَّا أَنَّ فِيهِ الدِّيَةَ إِذْ ذَهَبَ الْكَلَامُ
