✧ Announcing a lost animal in the mosque

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ ابْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْمُنْكَدِرِ قَالَ:
سَمِعَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ رَجُلًا يَنْشُدُ ضَالَّةً فِي الْمَسْجِدِ، فَقَالَ: أَيُّهَا النَّاشِدُ غَيْرُكَ الْوَاجِدُ
Translation
✧ The Prophet ﷺ heard a man announcing a lost animal in the mosque, and he said: "O seeker, may someone other than you find it."
