عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، وَقَتَادَةَ مِثْلَهُ وَقَالَ قَتَادَةُ:
تُؤْخَذُ الثَّنِيَّةُ فَصَاعِدًا، وَلَا تُؤْخَذُ عَوْرَاءُ وَلَا هَرِمَةٌ، وَلَا تَيْسٌ
