عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ قَالَ:
لَا تُقَامُ الْحُدُودُ فِي الْمَسَاجِدِ قَالَ: وَلَا أَعْلَمُهُ إِلَّا قَالَ: وَلَا يُضْرَبُ فِيهَا
Translation
✧ The prescribed punishments are not carried out in mosques. He said: I do not think he said anything except: 'And no one is beaten in them.'
