✧ A man spits to his right outside of prayer

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ قَالَ:
كُنَّا مَعَ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ فَأَرَادَ أَنْ يَبْصُقَ وَمَا عَنْ يَمِينِهِ فَارِغٌ، فَكَرِهِ أَنْ يَبْصُقَ عَنْ يَمِينِهِ وَهُوَ لَيْسَ فِي الصَّلَاةِ
Translation
✧ We were with Abdullah b. Mas'ud, and he wanted to spit while the space to his right was empty, but he disliked spitting to his right even though he was not in prayer.
