✧ Ablution in a Copper Vessel

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي نَافِعٌ،
أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ كَانَ يَكْرَهُ أَنْ يَتَوَضَّأَ فِي النُّحَاسِ قَالَ: جَاءَتْهُ النُّضَارُ وَالرِّكَاءُ وَطَسْتُ نُحَاسٍ
Translation
✧ Abd Allah b. Umar disliked performing ablution in copper vessels. He said: The nuḍār (a type of gold) and rikāʾ (a type of silver) and a copper basin were brought to him.
