عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قَالَ لِي عَطَاءٌ: " فِي صَدَقَةِ الرِّبَاعِ: لَا يَخْرُجُ أَحَدٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ الصَّدَقَةِ عَنْ أَحَدٍ مِنْهُمْ، إِلَّا أَنْ يَكُونَ عِنْدَهُمْ فَضْلٌ مِنَ الْمَسْكَنِ
