عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: أَفَرَأَيْتَ إِنْ قَالَ هُوَ رَدٌّ عَلَى وَرَثَتِي قَالَ: " لَا هُوَ لِلَّذِي أَعْطَى حِينَئِذٍ حَيَاتَهُ وَمَوْتَهُ " قُلْتُ: فَلِمَ يَخْتَلِفَانِ ؟ قَالَ: " لِأَنَّهُ شَرَطَ الْعَتَاقَةَ مَعَ الْإِعْمَارِ
