عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ الْجُرَيْرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحِمْيَرِيِّ، عَنْ مَعْقِلِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ قَالَ:
إِذَا اشْتَرَيْتَ نَسَمَةً، فَلَا تَشْتَرِطْ لِأَهْلِهَا الْعِتْقَ، فَإِنَّهُ عُقْدَةٌ مِنَ الرِّقِّ وَلَكِنِ اشْتَرِهَا إِنْ شِئْتَ بِعْتَ، وَإِنْ شِئْتَ وَهَبْتَ
