لَا يُجْزِئُ وَلَدُ بَغِيَّةٍ، وَلَا أُمُّ وَلَدٍ، وَلَا مُدَبَّرٌ، وَلَا يَهُودِيٌّ، وَلَا نَصْرَانِيٌّ، وَلَا مُشْرِكٌ فِي رَقَبَةٍ وَاجِبَةٍ
