عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ حَمَّادٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ
فِي عَبْدٍ دَسَّ إِلَى رَجُلٍ مَالًا فَاشْتَرَاهُ فَأَعْتَقَهُ قَالَ: " الْبَيْعُ وَالْعِتْقُ جَائِزٌ، وَيَأْخُذُ سَيِّدُهُ مِنَ الْمُبْتَاعِ الثَّمَنَ الَّذِي كَانَ ابْتَاعَهُ وَالْوَلَاءُ لِمَنْ أَعْتَقَ
