قَالَ عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ: وَسَأَلْتُ الثَّوْرِيَّ عَنْهَا فَقَالَ مِثْلَ قَوْلِ حَمَّادٍ قَالَ مَعْمَرٌ: وَسَأَلْتُ ابْنَ شُبْرُمَةَ فَقَالَ:
يُعْتَقُ الْعَبْدُ وَلَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ سَعَايَةٌ
