أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا الثَّوْرِيُّ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ قَيْسٍ، عَنْ جَدَّةٍ لَهُ قَالَتْ:
خَاصَمْتُ إِلَى شُرَيْحٍ فِي خَادِمٍ لِي أَصْدَقَهَا أَبِي امْرَأَتَهُ فَخَاصَمْتُهُ إِلَى شُرَيْحٍ " فَقَضَى لِي بِالْخَادِمِ وَقَضَى لِي أَنْ أَدْفَعَ إِلَى امْرَأَتِهِ قِيمَتَهَا
