عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ قَالَ:
جَعَلَ عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ لِلْمَرْأَةِ إِذَا اخْتَلَفَتْ هِيَ وَزَوْجُهَا فِي مَالِهَا فَقَالَتْ: أُرِيدُ أَنْ أَصِلَ مَا أَمَرَ اللهُ بِهِ، وَقَالَ هُوَ: تُضَارُّنِي، فَأَجَازَ لَهَا الثُّلُثَ فِي حَيَاتِهَا
