عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: قَالَ عَطَاءٌ:
بَلَغَنِي أَنَّهُ لَا يَجُوزُ لِامْرَأَةٍ حَدَثٌ فِي مَالِهَا حَتَّى تَلِدَ أَوْ يَمْضِيَ عَلَيْهَا حَوْلٌ فِي بَيْتِهَا بَعْدَمَا يَدْخُلُ عَلَيْهَا قُلْتُ: وَلَا عَطَاءٌ وَلَا عَتَاقَةٌ، وَلَا شَيْءٌ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ إِلَّا بِرَأْيِ الْوَالِدِ ؟ قَالَ: " نَعَمْ "، قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: أَثَبَتَ ؟ قَالَ: " نَعَمْ زَعَمُوا
