عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، قَالَ مَعْمَرٌ: وَحَدَّثَهُ رَجُلٌ، عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ الْمُزَنِيِّ قَالَ:
كَانَ أَهْلُ الصُّفَّةِ يَبِيتُونَ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ، قَالَ عَلْقَمَةُ: فَتُوُفِّيَ رَجُلٌ مِنْهُمْ فَفُتِحَ إِزَارُهُ فَوُجِدَ فِيهِ دِينَارَانِ، فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ: كَيَّتَانِ
Translation
Chain of narrators
machine translationʿAbd al-Razzāq, from Maʿmar, from Qatādah. Maʿmar said: and a man narrated it to him, from ʿAlqamah al-Muzanī, who said:
✧ The people of the Suffa used to spend the night in the mosque. Alqama said: Then a man among them died, and his lower garment was opened and two dinars were found in it, so the Prophet ﷺ said: Two cauterizations.
