عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أُمَيَّةَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا الْمُغِيرَةُ بْنُ حَكِيمٍ الصَّنْعَانِيُّ قَالَ:
أَرْسَلَنِي أَبِي إِلَى سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ يَسْأَلُهُ عَنِ النَّوْمِ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ، فَقَالَ: فَأَيْنَ كَانَ أَهْلُ الصُّفَّةِ يَنَامُونَ ؟ وَلَمْ يَرَ بِهِ بَأْسًا
Translation
✧ My father sent me to Said b. al-Musayyab to ask him about sleeping in the mosque, so he said: Where else would the people of the Suffa sleep? And he did not see any harm in it.
