عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، قَالَ الثَّوْرِيُّ:
إِذَا قَالَ رَجُلٌ: " ثُلُثُ مَالِي لِبَنِي فُلَانٍ وَبَنِي فُلَانٍ، وَالْأَوَّلُونَ عَشَرَةٌ وَالْآخَرُونَ سَبْعَةٌ " قَالَ: " ثُلُثُهُ بَيْنَهُمْ شَطْرَانِ "، فَإِذَا قَالَ: " هُوَ بَيْنَ فُلَانٍ وَبَنِي فُلَانٍ فَهُوَ عَلَى الْعَدَدِ
