قَالَ عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ: وَسَمِعْتُ رَجُلًا يُحَدِّثُ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ:
إِذَا أَوْصَى لِعَبْدِ غَيْرِهِ فَهُوَ جَائِزٌ
