عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ قَالَ: يَقُولُونَ:
إِذَا أَوْصَى أَنْ يُقْضَى عَنْ فُلَانٍ دَيْنُهُ وَقَدْ كَانَ مَاتَ فَهُوَ جَائِزٌ؛ لِأَنَّهُ أَوْصَى لِلْغُرَمَاءِ
