عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَمَّنْ سَمِعَ الْحَسَنَ يَقُولُ:
مَنْ أَوْصَى بِثُلُثِهِ وَلَهُ ذَوُو قَرَابَةٍ مُحْتَاجُونَ أُعْطُوا ثُلُثَ الثُّلُثِ
