أَوْصَى غُلَامٌ مِنَّا يُقَالُ لَهُ مَرْثَدٌ حِينَ أَثْغَرَ لِظِئْرٍ لَهُ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْحِيرَةِ فَأَجَازَ شُرَيْحٌ وَصِيَّتَهُ " وَقَالَ: إِذَا أَصَابَ الصَّغِيرُ الْحَقَّ أَجَزْنَاهُ
