عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ حَمَّادٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ
أَنَّ عَلِيًّا، وَالزُّبَيْرَ، اخْتَصَمَا فِي مَوْلًى لِصَفِيَّةَ " فَقَضَى عُمَرُ بِالْعَقْلِ عَلَى عَلِيٍّ وَبِالْمِيرَاثِ لِلزُّبَيْرِ
