✧ The man who fathers free children while he is a slave, then is manumitted
16369 16293 - عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ طَاوُسٍ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ بْنِ خَالِدٍ مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ. قَالَ مَعْمَرٌ: وَبَلَغَنِي عَنْ مَيْمُونِ بْنِ مِهْرَانَ، وَعُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ مِثْلُ ذَلِكَ.
