عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ
أَنَّهُ سُئِلَ عَنِ الْعَبْدِ، يُعْتَقُ وَلَهُ أَوْلَادٌ وَأُمُّهُمْ حُرَّةٌ قَالَ: " إِذَا عَتَقَ الْأَبُ جَرَّ الْوَلَاءَ
