عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
إِنْ أَعْتَقَتِ امْرَأَةٌ غُلَامًا فَكَانَ لِذَلِكَ الْغُلَامِ مَوَالٍ فَلَهَا مِيرَاثُهُمْ إِنْ مَاتُوا وَقَدْ مَاتَ مَوْلَاهُمُ الْأَدْنَى إِلَيْهِمْ
