عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، وَغَيْرِهِ قَالَ:
كَتَبَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ أَنْ إِذَا كَانَ فِي دِيوَانِ قَوْمٍ عَقَلُوا عَنْهُ فَمِيرَاثُهُ لَهُمْ
