✧ Praying in livestock pens and camel meat: does one perform ablution from it?

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: أَيُصَلَّى فِي مُرَاحِ الْبَقَرِ ؟ قَالَ: نَعَمْ قَالَ: أَرَأَيْتَ إِذَا صَلَّيْتُ فِي الْمُرَاحِ كَذَلِكَ أَسْجُدُ عَلَى الْبَعْرِ أَمْ أَفْحَصُ لِوَجْهِي ؟ قَالَ: بَلِ افْحَصْ لِوَجْهِكَ
Translation
✧ I said to ʿAṭāʾ: 'May one pray in a cattle pen?' He said: 'Yes.' He said: 'Do you think that if I pray in the pen, I should prostrate on the dung, or should I clear a spot for my face?' He said: 'Rather, clear a spot for your face.'
