أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي مَنْ سَمِعَ عِكْرِمَةَ يُحَدِّثُ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ:
مَنْ أَقْسَمَ عَلَى رَجُلٍ وَهُوَ يَرَى أَنْ سَيُبِرَّهُ فَلَمْ يُبِرَّهُ، فَإِنَّ إِثْمَهُ عَلَى الَّذِي لَمْ يَبْرَرْهُ
