عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ:
مَا قَوْلُ النَّاسِ عَلَيَّ نَذْرٌ لِلهِ ؟ قَالَ: هُوَ يَمِينٌ، فَإِنْ سَمَّى نَذْرَهُ ذَلِكَ فَهُوَ مَا سَمَّى قَالَ: وَسَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ قَوْلِ الرَّجُلِ يَقُولُ: عَلَيَّ نَذْرٌ لَا كَفَّارَةَ لَهُ إِلَّا وَفَاءَهُ ؟ قَالَ: " يَمِينٌ مَا لَمْ يُسَمِّهِ
