أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ قُرَيْشٍ،
نص إضافيأَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ نَهَى فِي مُكَاتَبٍ اشْتَرَى مَا عَلَيْهِ بِعُرُوضٍ، فَجَعَلَ الْمُكَاتَبَ أَوْلَى بِنَفْسِهِ، ثُمَّ قَالَ: إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ كَانَ يَقُولُ: مَنِ ابْتَاعَ دَيْنًا عَلَى رَجُلٍ، فَصَاحِبُ الدَّيْنِ أَوْلَى بِهِ إِذَا أَدَّى مِثْلَ الَّذِي أَدَّى صَاحِبُهُ
