عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ
أَنَّ مَنْ بِيعَ عَلَيْهِ دَيْنٌ، فَهُوَ أَوْلَى بِهِ، قَالَ مَعْمَرٌ: " وَأَمَّا أَهْلُ الْكُوفَةِ فَلَا يَرَوْنَهُ شَيْئًا "
