عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: وَأَمَّا مُكَاتَبٌ أَنْتَ كَاتَبْتَهُ، فَبِعْتَ رَقَبَتَهُ وَالَّذِي عَلَيْهِ، فَلَا تَسْتَأْذِنْ فِيهِ أَحَدًا، فَإِنْ عَجَزَ فَهُوَ لِلَّذِي ابْتَاعَهُ، وَإِنْ أَعْتَقَهُ فَهُوَ مَوْلَاهُ، قَالَ: وَأَقُولُ أَنَا: " لَا "
