عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: امْرَأَةٌ وَرِثَتْ أَبَاهَا مُكَاتَبًا، فَقَضَى نُجُومَهُ حَتَّى عَتَقَ، ثُمَّ مَاتَ الْمُكَاتَبُ، وَالْمَرْأَةُ حَيَّةٌ الَّتِي صَارَ لَهَا، قَالَ: " فَلَا تَرِثُهُ، وَلَكِنْ يَرِثُهُ عَصَبَتُهُ
