✧ Does He Perform Ablution for Every Prayer or Not?

أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا الثَّوْرِيُّ، عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ بْنِ مَرْثَدٍ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ:
صَلَّى النَّبِيُّ ﷺ الصَّلَوَاتِ بِوُضُوءٍ وَاحِدٍ، وَمَسَحَ عَلَى خُفَّيْهِ، فَقَالَ لَهُ عُمَرُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ صَنَعْتَ شَيْئًا لَمْ تَكُنْ تَصْنَعُهُ ؟ قَالَ: إِنِّي عَمْدًا صَنَعْتُهُ يَا عُمَرُ
Translation
✧ The Prophet ﷺ prayed the prayers with a single ablution and wiped over his leather socks. Umar said to him, "O Messenger of God, you have done something you did not used to do?" He said, "I did it deliberately, O Umar."
