أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، وَقَتَادَةَ، قَالَا:
الْمُكَاتَبُ شَهَادَتُهُ، وَجِرَاحَتُهُ، وَطَلَاقُهُ، وَدِيَتُهُ بِمَنْزِلَةِ الْعَبْدِ
